Opti 5 PH
Special pH regulator for spray water
The all-in-one additive that solves your spray water problems
- Adjusts spray water to the ideal pH level, preventing pesticide degradation caused by hard water and high pH.
- Prevents calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe) and copper (Cu) salts in the water from binding to pesticides and rendering them ineffective.
- Improves pesticide wetting, spreading and penetration into the plant.
- Prolongs pesticide effectiveness, helping avoid the need for higher doses and reducing costs.
- Reduces spray drift and the volatilisation of hormone-type herbicides, thereby minimising damage to neighbouring crops.
- OPTI 5 PH contains a colour indicator. Gradually add OPTI 5 PH to the spray tank while stirring. Stop adding it when the spray water reaches the pinkish colour shown on the label. Your spray water has reached the ideal pH, and you can now add your pesticide.
Directions for use
The pH and hardness of spray water play an important role in the effectiveness of systemic pesticides, pesticides sensitive to alkaline conditions (high pH), and foliar fertilisers.
These preparations perform best at a pH of 4.5–5.5. Use OPTI 5 PH to adjust the pH of your spray water to this range.
OPTI 5 PH is a combination of non-ionic and anionic components.
Warning
- Keep away from food and out of the reach of children.
- As OPTI 5 PH is corrosive, store it in metal containers.
Attention
Always add OPTI 5 PH to the spray water first and mix thoroughly. Then add the pesticides or foliar fertilisers.
