TARAS SC 240 is an acaricide/miticide belonging to the chemical class of ketoenols or tetronic acids, and acts as an inhibitor of lipid biosynthesis, mainly against mites. Spirodiclofen has a new mode of action, inhibiting lipid synthesis. Due to this new mechanism the product does not show any cross resistance to other current acaricides and this makes spirodiclofen an attractive alternative for the control of spider mites.
TARAS SC 240 is a non-systemic acaricide/ miticide and active by contact on mite eggs, all nymphal stages and adult females

COMPATIBILITY: Pre-mixture trials recommended, before mixing large amounts for application. It cannot be mixed with alkali reaction able products. It is recommended in programs where it is required to use acaricides/ insecticides with different mode of action due to resistance against the product.
